VISION To watch over and maintain
the tourist resources, serve under spirit
of friendship, maintain security with
standard quality including eliminating
the gangs of deceiving and taking advantage
on the tourist in order to sustain reputation
of Thai and promote the tourist to comeback
and make Thailand to be the tourist
center and have major income for economic
systems which will be the heritage transferred
to next Thai generation.
MISSION
1. Build up confidence on the security
of life and belongings among tourists.
2. Provide satisfying services and facilitation
for tourists 3. Eliminate cheating,
taking advantage of tourists while providing
protection of their benefits. 4. Eliminate
problems that cause tourist spots to
deteriorate and disorderly until tourists
are fully satisfied. 5. Protect and
prevent tourism industry from becoming
a victim of organized crime. 6. Create
good cooperation among agencies involved
in tourism industry from both government
and private sector, local and aboard,
particularly those of police agencies
or law enforcement units both local
and aboard in order to increase the
efficiency in protecting benefits of
tourists.
